Really surprised this doesn't have more activity, great track and the outro was tight.

Interestingly, this is not my original mix of the track. The original was significantly more subdued in terms of overall content, and the quality was also significantly worse. This one is essentially a complete rework. It was meant to be a bit simpler, as it's meant mostly to show the wonder that comes with childhood. The simplest things are amazing at that age!

The lyrics are incredible and refreshingly deep. The track is really catchy and I enjoyed the instrumental mix a lot. The only thing that felt off was the way your vocals mix with the rest of the track. I am not an expert in that regard but I do think with the right mix this would sound better than it already does. Really nice work overall!

For your second submission on NG with the trial of FL Studio, this is pretty good. I like the experimentation with the drumbeat and the overall direction of the main theme.

Objectively looking at this, the mix itself is pretty clean, the samples aren't clashing with eachother in any way and there aren't any points at which the mix is unpleasant. There's a point at which the bass line reminds me of a boss theme from Super Metroid which I thought was neat.

Subjectively, I wasn't super engaged by any particular melody, mainly because there's no structure. It's experimental so I assume this was the intent. I do think you should keep up the hard work, you can get A LOT done with the demo, I used it exclusively for years.

Really great track, the progression is really enjoyable and the vibe is awesome. Really felt the energy.
